Installing Restartacus

1. First contact me and let me know that you'd like to be in the alpha testing program.
2. I'll add your email to the list of allowed testers in Heroku. (This is a step that Heroku requires.)

3. Once you've been added you can install the add-on by doing:

   heroku addons:create restartacus:test

4. Then you'll need to activate the Heroku Labs feature for logging

   heroku labs:enable log-runtime-metrics
